Rescheduling: Use the "change/reschedule" button on your confirmation page.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, it's no problem. You will be reimbursed the following day. If you cancel just 24 hours before, a 20% last-minute cancellation fee will be charged, as you did not allow somebody else to have the spot. In case of an actual emergency, please let me know, and I will reschedule the session for you at no additional charge. No-shows will be treated as if they took the session and will not be reimbursed.
